Background:

These beautiful prints are from the French fashion magazine Creations from Paris.   The magazine featured original fashions from leading designers of the day.   The designs shown here include fashions from Berthe Hermance and Blanche Lebouvier, contemporaries of Chanel and Lanvin in the Paris design community in the early 1900s.

The prints are notable for their vivid color and Art Deco styling, both in the fashions portrayed and graphics presentation.
