Background:

This series of Medical prints is from a 1930 physician's reference published in France.   The comprehensive nature of this work is reflected in the diversity of prints shown on this page - medical procedures, first aid, physical fitness, toxicology, anatomy and medicinal plants.  There is even a section on hygiene in the home - including a floor plan for a "healthy" home!

Many of the prints are provided with the original accompanying text pages that describe the medical procedures, first aid techniques and identification of plants used in treating illnesses.
